  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 Teaspoons chopped pecans (optional)

Banana Specie Batter:

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sultry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sultry soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter-room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup mashed schizy (2 bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 6 oz. surf cheese-room temperature
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk

Vanilla Glaze:

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 45 teaspoons milk (or increasingly if needed)

 


Instructions

To Make the Streusel Topping:
